These summer holidays I’ve spent a few days in Lisbon, in this charming place of the old Europe, enjoying the romanticism of a city open to the Atlantic Ocean.

Lisbon is a cosmopolitan and welcoming place. Even though August is not the best moment to visit it (too many tourists), the time I spent there I felt really well. I enjoyed sunny days, nice meals, better company, the soft sound of the portuguese and, of course, the chance to be there.

Lisbon is the perfect point to explore other places like Sintra and Cascais. Cascais is a small coastal town, an old fishing village, where it’s imposible not feeling happy while having breakfast next to the beach or going for a walk down its small streets.

Estas vacaciones he pasado unos días en Lisboa, en el encanto de la vieja Europa, disfrutando del romanticismo de una ciudad frente al Atlántico.

Lisboa es un lugar cosmopolita y acogedor. Aunque agosto no es el mejor momento para visitarla (muchos turistas), el tiempo que pasé allí me sentí muy bien. Disfruté de días soleados, comidas estupendas, la mejor compañía, el suave sonido de la lengua portuguesa y, por supuesto, de la oportunidad de estar allí.

Lisboa es el punto perfecto desde donde poder visitar Sintra y Cascais. Cascais es una pequeña ciudad costera, un antiguo pueblo de pescadores, donde es imposible no sentirse feliz desayunando frente a la playa o paseando por sus pequeñas calles.

At Cascais I discovered Á Antiga Portuguesa, a cute shop of local and handcrafted products. It’s just mandatory to visit it and buy one of its lavender soaps!
