Cyanometer

cyanometerThis beautiful object is a Cyanometer, an instrument designed in the 18th Century to measure the blueness of the sky.

Today, in the 21st Century, it doesn’t exist a Pantone color for the sky or the sea. Neither for the forest or the rain, the sun or the moon. It’s nice to know that there are things that we can’t measure and that are not subject of numbers or formulas.
